Cancellation Period 

Devorks offers a trial or grace period for using the Spryple SaaS software, during which you can cancel the service without incurring any charges. This period can vary, but it’s often 7 to 30 days. 

Cancellation Process 

You can cancel your Spryple SaaS subscription, which typically involves contacting our customer support or accessing a cancellation option through the user dashboard. Make sure you follow the provider’s specified procedure for cancellation. 

No Refund Policy 

Once the Spryple subscription is purchased, we shall not offer refunds at all, whether you can use it or won’t use the software for a specified period. 

Auto-Renewal 

There’s no such clause with Devorks. Customers need not renew SaaS subscriptions at the end of the billing cycle. Otherwise, usage of Spryple software can be restricted.

Upfront Payments 

You may need to pay the subscription amount for an entire year in advance, i.e., at the time you decide to purchase a subscription plan.

Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) 

Specifically, there might not be SLAs in the case of outline performance standards and service uptimes. We need to coordinate with the tech support team, and issues can be closed if any are encountered during the run-time of Spryple software usage. 

Communication 

Customers can communicate with Spryple Tech support channels and speak about concerns, if any. Devorks offer solutions or make exceptions based on severity and priority.
