What is Data Driven Recruitment?

Data-driven recruitment is a recruitment method that makes its processes intelligent through data, analytics and technology. Data-driven recruitment utilizes metrics, historical data and predictive analytics for effective recruitment, unbiased recruitment insights and ultimately highly successful recruitment. In this way, a company can make better hiring decisions based on quantitative insights rather than feelings, optimize resource allocation and ensure a better fit between candidates and roles.
