Education Assistance: Employer Support for Learning & Growth

What is Education Assistance?

Education Assistance is when a company or organization helps you chip in (or fully cover) the cost of classes, degrees, certifications, or even student loans—basically investing in your brainpower so you can skill up without going broke. It’s like your employer saying, “Go get that MBA/UX design course/phlebotomy license… we’ll handle the bill (or part of it), just promise to stick around and keep growing!” Win-win: you level up, they get a sharper, happier team.
